After fighting my way home from central London this evening (25 minute bus ride took 2 hours and as many buses!!) I decided not to go to my knitting group… …instead I mooches at home and thought I might try spinning this random yellow roving a little, getting it a little thinner. I didn’t realise that I was going to finish it and ply it too. Oops! So here we have probably 100g roving, chain ply, 103m/112yds, fingering to sport weight.
